What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 365 days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.

What if I don't love my canvas?

If you aren't satisfied with your custom artwork, we are more than happy to work with you to make your order perfect!

Extended Holiday Exchange Policy

All purchases made in the months of November and December fall under our extended holiday exchange policy. We offer free exchanges of equal value on your purchase until January 31st (shipping fees are additional). Our extended holiday return policy applies only toward exchanges. Refunds will still be accessed a 20% processing fee.

Exchanges

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to exchange your item(s) of equal value for only the cost of shipping for your new item(s). After 14 days, you will be charged a 20% processing fee plus the new shipping charges for your exchange. Scroll down for more information on how to start the return process!

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 20% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Refund requests must be received within 14 days of receiving your order. Each piece is custom printed as soon as your order is placed and we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are returned. Scroll down for more information on how to obtain a refund.

No returns will be accepted after 365 days from the ship date.
